Default After OCed, system not recognized CD-Rom drive

hello,

After I tweak and tunning to the OCed range that I tested stable, the system can not recognized CD-ROM anymore. so I have to do the reset bios then it recognized the drive back .. but if I go to OC again then the CD drive disappear ? any1 know why ?

Is the CD-ROM drive SATA or IDE?

Have you tried another spare CD-ROM drive to see if the same thing happens?

Have you tried different cables, sockets etc?
