I am not sure if I am doing my asus RMA correctly. I emailed rma@asus.com with my information and serial number, but I haven't got a reply back in 2 days. Is there something else I must do?

Call this number right here, they will get you set up and they will Email you as soon as you get off the phone with all the shipping info, your own personal RMA # and everything else you'll need.

I just found this http://support.asus.com/service/serv...Language=en-us has a list of countries with the asus service center locations, should I call the Canadian one for the RMA number or the number above?

EDIT: Hmm I can't seem to link to that page, but it has a list of countries and the numbers to the service centers located there.

I went to canadian to get that number, so it should be the one I listed.
