Default your opinions on my built + which RAM?

Cheers everybody,

I'm going to build this rig (+ overclock a little, not extreme to 3.6 but to 3 or 3.2 maybe):

- Core 2 Q6600
- Abit IP35 Pro
- Thermalright Ultima 90I CPU Cooler

all that packed into an
- Antec P182, Performance One Black with
- OCZ StealthXStream 600W
- Antec TriCool 120mm Case Fan (1x lower chamber (+PSU fan), 1x front intake, 1x rear outtake, 1x top outtake, 1x CPU cooler, of course)
- Samsung 400GB 7200rpm Serial ATA-II-300 HDD w. 16MB
- NVidia Quadro FX card (not quite sure yet, 3450/3500/4400 I guess)

couple of questions:

- RAM: Which RAM would you advice me to choose, OCZ or Corsair? Is there a general answer? Otherwise let me be more specific:
- OCZ 4GB DDR2 PC2-6400 Reaper HPC 4-4-4 (2x2GB)
- Corsair 4096MB (2 x 2048MB) PC2-6400 800MHz DDR2 RAM
- Corsair with above OCZ's speeds?
Cuz I read in some articles on these forums that ppl suggested Corsair rather than OCZ. And the OCZ is a lot more un-expensive (faster, too, though). What's good for overclocking, stable etc.?
- guess some of you know the Antec P182 design. Would you place the lower chamber fan IN FRONT of the HDD Rack or behind it (between HDDS and PSU)?

Also, anyone knows if this rack is SATA II capable as well?
- VANTEC EZ-SWAP2 S-ATA MOBILE RACK

UPDATE: Graphics

I would go crucial and only 2GB of it unless you are planning on getting Vista 64bit then 2GB will do

It'll be a workstation for animation/compositing/cutting so I'll need as much RAM as possible. I'll upgrade to 8GB later so I'll run Linux x64/Windows X64 on that machine.

What's the advantages of Crucial Memory over Corsair/OCZ?

Is there a specific reason to prefer OCZ over all other brands in general?

What I need is RAM (800MHz should be enough, I won't extreme-overclock. Just up to 3/3.2/3.4GHz s.th. like that) that won't make problems when overclocking, especially in combination with that Abit IP35 pro board and that won't limit me while overclocking

BUT

the RAM won't have to be insanely expensive and capable of running at 10000000000MHz while staying at 10C, you know what I mean.

I need a good compromise between good quality and a good priced product.

Please differentiate your suggestions a little bit more so I know WHY you suggest what you suggest.
