Default Good build for price? [advice plz]

So i'm looking to sell my latop for around 450, and the rest of the money will be a present from everyone combined. The present itself is the computer below. My question being:
Is this a good build for the price? (I CANNOT go higher at all, but i'd like to see if anyone can come up with better parts for the same or less price, gogo)

SAMSUNG 20X DVD±R DVD Burner Black SATA Model SH-S203B - OEM$31.99
(note: i dont really care about this part, =P i rarely use my optical drive)

COOLER MASTER Centurion 5 CAC-T05-UW Black Aluminum Bezel , SECC Chassis ATX Mid Tower Computer$49.99 before rebate
(best reviewed ATX midtower, and cheap too)

Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 ST3320620AS (Perpendicular Recording Technology) 320GB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive - OEM84.99

BFG Tech BFGE86256GTSOC2FE GeForce 8600GTS 256MB 128-bit GDDR3 PCI Express x16 HDCP Ready SLI Supported Video Card - Retail$217.99

Rosewill Stallion Series RD500-2SB ATX12V v2.2 500W Power Supply - Retail$44.99 before rebate
(wanted something cheap but above 450w)

Kensington 64365 Black USB Wired Slim Keyboard - Retail$24.99
(dont care, =P)

Microsoft N71-00007S Black 3 Buttons 1 x Wheel USB Wired Optical Wheel Mouse - OEM$9.99
(debating whether to even list this, =P dont care)

Crucial Ballistix 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model BL2KIT12864AA804 - Retail$74.99

GIGABYTE GA-P35-DS3L LGA 775 Intel P35 ATX Intel Motherboard - Retail$96.99

Intel Core 2 Duo E6750 Conroe 2.66GHz LGA 775 Processor Model BX80557E6750 - Retail189.99
(this seems like the best deal for the price)

TOTAL:826.90

also do tell if you see any issues with the PC itself i may have overlooked.

thnx

Could go for a 6550 or maybe even 1066FSB model depends if you will overclock it. I would get a better PSU fit in there some how thats the most important part in my mind.
