Default Where should I put my SpotCool?

I got an Antec Spot Cool for Christmas and was wondering was it put it in my case. It attaches through a screw in a motherboard mounting hole. I'm assuming it only works with screws that are they already? Because I only have standoffs where there are screws on the mobo.

I'd throw it to the right of the RAM to not only cool the RAM, but help the CPU fan not get such hot ambient air. On the other hand, if it were to interfere with the CPU fan, I'd have it move some of the air around the video card, those tend to trap heat near the bottom and create a lot of crap down there. I'd say either RAM, or video card.

Well, I tried it out. My RAM doesn't get hot at all, hardly above room temp, barely warm. I tried it near my CPU Fan and the CPU temps went up so I tried below the video card and it bought down video card temps a few degrees . Also my sound card was getting extremely hot so there is some extra airflow down there too.
