Default PC upgrade

I'm thinking of:

1. C2D E6320 (1.86GHz) to C2D E6850 (3.0GHz)
2. GF 8500 GT (512MB GDDR2) to GF 8800 GT (512MB GDDR3) or GF 8800 GTS G92 (512MB) if I can find one here in the Philippines
3. Asus P5S-MX-SE to maybe... P5K-SE or MSI P6N SLI-FI nForce 650i
4. No PSU upgrade needed if it's 400/450W

I have 2GB of RAM, so that's not a problem.

Should I go for the upgrade in case I have the money?

I would only upgrade the video card and the PSU. Anything else seems to be overkill, since you already have a Core 2 Duo.

Just the video card, just overclock your CPU to get to 3.0 or higher.

Your CPU is more than good enough for right now, and I wouldn't bother upgrading the motherboard, as that can be more of a headache than it's worth. Just the graphics card and possibly the power supply will need to be upgraded.
