You are missing a few important things:
1. Power supply - I would recommend a Corsair 620HX if you plan on going SLi
2. Optical drives
3. Hard drives - I personally would get Seagate 7200.11 drives since they perform very well and are great for the money.
4. OS? I would assume you are going Vista since you chose 4gb of ram

Are you going to be overclocking?

If you overclock you will need a aftermarket cooler, i suggest the tuniq tower although its a bear to get on, or the thermalright 120 ultra. As for video editing you will want a big hard drive, 500Gb atleast and also the 4Gb of ram is great for it. For a power supply, I love mine and my bro has a xclio 500watt that works great too, but it will not go sli, and neither will mine if you go with anything above the gt, mine wont be able to sli gtx's or ultras.
EDIT: lol, you answered half that stuff while i was typing, as for 32 or 64 bit, go 64 bit, there are a few inconveniences but no big ones really and then you can use all 4 gigs

I would strongly consider a 512MB 8800GT.

I will probably go with a GT and maybe later get another. maybe after a price drop.
I was also thinking of going with this powersupply http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817341010
