Power-off?
My computer just had what looks like a Hard-Lock.....
What happened was everything just froze... then screen turned off, couple secs later, POST... Is this something OC's would cause? or is this hardware probs with just powering off? Im overclocked right now but it tested OCCT stable for 1 hr... im gonna run another 2 hr test then PRIME95 .....but if they prove stable....whats wrong? EDIT: I was folding at the time

sounds like an o/c instability issue. try to bump up the vcore a notch, see if you get anymore reboots or freezes.
edit: you know you should stress test for at least 8 hours for stability. i have had errors at 12 hours before, thats why i always test for 24 hours for complete stability.

what worries me is I left my rig on for thepast 32 hours folding, and NOW it gives up? 32 hrs of folding would shown a bad overclock right?
i mean it even passed OCCT (working on again) i just dont like not seeing the error messsage...it just powered off!

ok, this is my story, dont know if it applies. i had an Evga 680i A1, it was in my sig rig. i ran prime for 24 hours fine. i thought ok, stable. i then started folding, it would fold nonstop for 2 1/2 days, then shut down for no reason. i replaced the ram, still would do it after like 2 1/2 days, folding for that long it should be stable. i tried different settings, down clocked, everything, still would shut off, but it wouldn't shut off for days. finally i got tired of it, i had always thought it was something in the board. plus i could only get my quad to 3.2, thats it. i replaced the board 2 weeks ago, i now have it at 3.4 rock solid stable, folding 24/7. no shut offs!
