Theres no point in an X38 motherboard if you are getting an NVIDIA card. Just get a P35 motherboard.

I have that PSU and I hate it. Ask around for better ones for about the same price and more reliability and such.

Theres nothing wrong with that PSU and go p35 to be cheaper, unless you have to have something brand new.
