Oh, lol, I thought I was apparent enough in that post; no, I do not use a surge protector, I'm at the mercy of nature, and she hasn't screwed me over yet.

thats a nice setup!!!

Im havent heard real positive thing abou the ATI card, heat and stable issues. I used to be all ATI now all nVidia + eVGA :P

I'd go with a Maximus Formula, and pick up an 4870, get a 4GB G.Skill kit, and pick up Vista Ultimate x64.
