I have bought a few cases from here http://www.thermaltakeshop.com/ref/ref-case.html and they come with all accessories and when you consider the cost versus new its a killer deal. That Kandalf case is basically an Armor with a snazzier front. Even the Armor w/25cm fan is a steal at $99.

I'd agree with the 245BW, it seems to be a good lower end 24".

Rampage formula or the DFI LANPARTY UT X48-T3R are excellent choices. Also maybe an Antec TruePower quattro 850W ?

The only thing I would do is get another, larger, harddrive. 300GB would NEVER be large enough for me.

I guess we're in a different boat, I've had my comp for three years and I've only used 92Gb.

First Time Build

Man, this build looks so much like the one I've been planning!
One question though, shouldn't you get a sound card? Is it even important? P.S. I'm in the same boat as you on the space thing. I can't figure out why people can't manage their hard drives, why do they need all that space?

Just go with pair of 160/200gb. U can go with two 160gb's and put 'em on RAID 0. I dont know how to setup RAID 0 but i know its a little faster than just having two hdd's. A couple of These wont hurt much. But in any case, just get 1! 160gb for the Average enthusiast/gamer is more than enough. 500Gb is overkill, but if u do editing and have Lots of multimedia content, 500gb is good. ![]() PS: this monitor is so cool man.. id love to see a picture of your setup with this monitor. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...2E16824236033R
