I would go with a power supply with more juice. Other than that looks fine except the HR-09s are for mosfets, not ram. You don't really need aftermarket ramsinks unless you watercool and have poor airflow in the ram area.

The PSU is fine, but you may be cutting it close for future upgrades.
You should probably go for a corsair 550, just so you don't end up cussing yourself out if you need it later on.

I was assuming power consumption is going down with each generation....the 550 is 40 bucks more....don't know if it's worth it.
