I would go with a power supply with more juice. Other than that looks fine except the HR-09s are for mosfets, not ram. You don't really need aftermarket ramsinks unless you watercool and have poor airflow in the ram area.

Oops, I meant HR-07........From the PSU calculator on another site, the max power it'll be drawing is a bit less than 300W, and that's with a 1.2 GHZ overclock on the e8400, is it still too much for the PSU?

The PSU is fine, but you may be cutting it close for future upgrades.

You should probably go for a corsair 550, just so you don't end up cussing yourself out if you need it later on.

I was assuming power consumption is going down with each generation....the 550 is 40 bucks more....don't know if it's worth it.
