Default Is this legit?

I am selling my sig rig and I just got a reply from this woman who wants to buy it, and it seems a little fishy,

"Hello,
I'm very much interested in the item you advertised for sale and i will like to buy it, the condition is ok by me and i think the price is fair. i don't mind giving you extra charges just for you to keep it for me and tell other interested buyers that it has been sold, my mode of payment would be by a money order just because that am on leave in office and I will be responsible for the shippment because i am on leave in office for now i will assigned with a shipping company for the pick up, As soon as you receive the
payment and it clears your in bank you will be deducting your actual fund and send the remaining amount to my shipping agent. They will be the one to do the pick-up at your doorstep coz they has some few other things they have to pick- up for me ok.In the meantime i will like to have your...................full name...................contact address and .....................phone number both land and mobile in
other for the payment to be sent to you in time.Your full name to be on the payment ,Your address where payment should bei ssued to,Your phone numbers Mobile number, pleas go and withdraw the advert on craigslist to avoid disturbance as i believe it almost mine now. I will be very grateful if you sell it to me, Please mail me as soon as possible to let me know if you are ok with this arrangement.
Regards. "

Yeah, if I'm selling something over $50, I have this thing called my No Broken English Policy. If you start talking like that person who was on the phone with you, I will reply, "I will only consider your offer if you can repeat that with near perfect grammar". Normally at that point they hang up or don't email me back.
