May change the cooler to a better one such as XIGMATEK, Tuniq or OCZ Vendetta 2 to cool down the quad if you plan to OC. These coolers are between $30-$50 price range if you have extra $20 budget.

You could maybe go with some G.SKILL RAM, and a better cooler like the linskingdom posted above me. I've heard pretty good things about the EVGA 750i FTW mobo; I don't know how it compares to the ASUS though.
