I've got a screamer it seems, when I OC at all with this board (It runs stable, everything operates fine) and reboot it doesn't post and puts a very high pitched scream so I have to turn off the PSU, discharge power, turn the PSU on and then turn it back on to get a post. What is causing this? Any suggestions?

Is your 8800 gt plugged in all the way(6pin),it makes that noise when its unplugged. Swap out psu w/another if it still does it to troubleshoot also.

Yeah, both GPUs are plugged in all the way.. I found out the hard way how much it likes to scream when you don't. I was actually debating on a new PSU as well since I bought this one in November of 06', thanks for the input buddy I'll go ahead and take a look into that.
