Default Vista not noticing mjy S-ATA HHD

Windows is not noticing my S-ATA.

It notices my IDE 160GB but not my S-ATA 320GB

Is this a new hard drive? If it is you have to format it. Go to your Control Panel>Administrative Tools>Computer Management>Disk Management> fnd the 320GB then format it.

If you have a webcam, try plugging that in, removing the HDD from your case, and point the camera's eye at the HDD. Vista might notice it then.

Oh sorry I forgot to mention that. Just right click on the hard drive and then it should say format on the list.

I've just clikc the intialize disk. Should i select MBR (Master Boot Record) or GPT (GUID Partion Table) It going to be my slave Hard drive for saving DVD's and Music to
