Is your RAM speed set at its lowest setting?(DDR2 400)

I noticed you have losened timings but when you raise the bus speed it also increases your RAM speed.

Sorry if you have already done this but I havent seen it mentioned yet.

Set PCI-E frequency to 100.
Lower your voltage. You dont need 1.45v to get to 3.0 @ 333x9.0
Look at my sig, that is what I'm running at. To be safe, I would go up to 1.3+

I absolutely think with your setup, 1.45v is way too high. And you're temps are incredible somehow at that voltage. Are you using CoreTemp??
It's important that you rely on CoreTemp for temperature readings rather than SpeedFan or something other. CoreTemp is the most accurate for Quads.

Well right now im at like 1.36ish Vcore @ 3.4mhz and its been stress testing for about an hr n half with no errors (knock on wood) and getting temps of 58,58,45,45. I have the PCI at auto for now if it errors out ill give that ago. And what is a good time table for checking for stability? Iv heard that 6 hrs is good, is that right?

BTW my ambient room temp is around 23c

My temps right now suck, so don't feel bad. I'm at 46,46,39,43 idle. TT120 is on high. Granted AC is not on right now, its no more than 72F in this room. I'm going to reseat soon.
