Im using the Swiftech H20 220 compact.Its great.never goes over 50c running 3.6ghz on my Quad and 3.8ghz stays under 55c loaded.Buts its $139 + shipping at newegg.

i want to say go with the tuniq 120 it keeps my cpu at 38idle and 57 load and its overclocked to 3.1ghz or was until my mother board or something died on me.
