Default HP Media Center M7280n CPU upgrade

Anyone know if I can upgrade this to utilize a quad core CPU? It has the Asus P5BW-LA (Basswood) mobo.

I'll offer help based on what I heard on the MaximumPC podcast.

try to find out if HP made any other PC's with the same motherboard that had a quad core... if they did, then you'll probably be good

you can also try calling HP and asking... that probably won't help though
