I would go with one of these PSU's:

Corsair 620 (Modular): Good for cable management http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showpr...(CMPSU-620HXUK)

Or

Corsair 750 (4 x 8 pin pci-e connectors): Can support crossfire with HD 4870's
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showpr...ompliant%20PSU

Since you mentioned that you do not plan on doing crossfire, I would recommend the corsair 620. It is a little more expensive than the 750 but cable management is much easier with a modular PSU.

Overclockers only sells that GeIL memory in "2 x 1GB" form. Are you sure I should get that memory?

On the memory page, the top left of the four boxes, there is the GeIL 4GB kit. Here: http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showpr...odid=MY-069-GL

I would also take the TX750 power supply.

what do you mean, "If I had the money, I would get the CM690"..its only like $70.00CAD brand new. and btw, its an awesome case, great cable management

Agreeing with the 1000w PSU being way overkill. You could probably get away with the Corsair 520w with that build. No need for 650+ i'd say.

I personally would also pick a CPU cooler with a 120mm fan, and go with the E8400 CPU, purely because it will overclock to 4Ghz easily (so i've heard), and save you an extra bit of money.

Not sure about a Case, whatever you like the look of would suit you really.
