lol this thread is so funny. but i do have to agree with everyone else. if it aint broke dont fix it. So save the money and $7500 is a lot of money. On the bright side you could always use it on a rainy day.

i agree he would be wise to save most of that but come on guys let him do whatever he want's with the money. I mean they won the lottery and if he wants to spend 7500 on a comp then don't give him crap let him do it.

Buy a nice tri-core phenom, 4gb of ram, 2x WD Velociraptor.

Next summer buy a phemon FX.

The only thing I could think of....was if CyberDruid was still selling his W/C Skulltrail setup, an get him to hand deliver and install it.
That might come close to 7500....

but serioulsy, upgrade some parts, save the rest.
$7500 on a PC is entering the diminishing returns/my e-peen is bigger than yours area.
