Got a $7500 Budget Build me a PC!
Hey OCN,
__________________Im finally going Intel and i have a $7500 Budget, Please build me a kick butt PC! We won $15,000 for the Missouri Lottery and my Mom gave me $7500 to buy what ever i want!

You have a sufficient gaming system already. Why not use the $7500 on a down payment for a car or just put it in your savings.

why bother..
your current rig looks like it can run anything? If you must.. get more RAM. I can't think of anything that needs to be upgraded urgently. Go buy a bunch of hookers, or some drugs. Maybe a car like stated above. No reason to blow all that cash on a new rig if you don't need it (which you don't) .

Hahahah 7500. Nice. Why dont you spend about 2000 on the PC and then save the rest for later. Even with 7500 i would still wait till nehalem.

wow, it's called saving...
__________________Spend 2500 and save the rest for a car or college, no need to waste! get a 4870x2, a good x48 motherboard, 4/8 gigs of really fast DDR2 (DDR3 is a waste for practical performance with the core2 architecture), Q9650, and a good samsung 24' screen.

Yeah, with all due respect no computer is really worth more than a grand. In a couple months the worth will be cut down to half, why bother.
Put it away or look into something that will actually benefit you.
