Default Happy with your rig?

Actually, I am.

I spent the last 4 years with a Pentium M 1.8 laptop (with super snazzy 7800 pro 128mb graphics..) and I was sooo ready for a change.

My new computer (in sig) has really done it for me, I had absolutely NO thoughts of upgrading in the near future, except that a friend offered me $70 (what I paid) for my E2180 so I can get an E5200 in a couple months, which wasn't out when I bought my processor.

Other than this unplanned graciousness extended to me, I would have no thought of upgrading my computer for the foreseeable future.

I see so many posts about "what should I upgrade, what do I need, what should I buy?"

How about NOTHING...if you can be satisfied with what you have!

I just sold $400 in stuff and im going to buy an EVGA 750i and an e8400 so i can have 4Ghz not just 3.64Ghz! Also i want the kiler 06 Scores as 13k just does not cut it anymore!

EDIT: I got the Core 2 Quad Q6600 instead of the e8400, as its more future proof becasue i can't do anymore upgrades after this, my Parents cut me off!

I was happy.
I'd really like a new full size case, though.

Why did you send it back? You could have made money off it if you sold it!

I'm UlTrA happy with my sig rig, upgraded from a 400mhz Celeron with 192mb of ram, I remember when I could boot up (5-10 minutes) and click Firefox then go upstairs for food or something, then come back down to my comp and I can still hear the HDD churning away...
