Since I don't know where you live here's the total without shipping $366.42. This leaves you with $333.58 left from $700.00 which is more than enough to buy a lcd monitor, keyboard & mouse. You could even buy a E7200 processor instead of the E5200 if you wanted.

Buy your lcd monitor, keyboard and mouse from a retail store like Circuit City, Office Depot, Office Max or Best Buy. That way if the lcd monitor is defective with dead pixels you can just return it to the store. Online retailers like Newegg have dead pixel policies which can be a hassle to exchange/return. Just my 2 cents!
