Default Possible to make a chip catch on fire?

Is it possible to super overclock a chip and make it catch on fire?

Yes douse it with gasoline and light it up. I assume you mean via too much voltage, very very doubtful...most likely it will just shut down and be fried. Maybe if you had a bunch of dust around it that might do it but I seriously doubt it.
