Corsair CMPSU-450VX is your best bet, affordable and very reliable. Packs 33A on the 12v rails so plenty of power.

ok i just ordered it. hopefully this will bring an end to the hanging. but until all the new hardware arives i will have to deal with the hanging.

yeah i dont have any OC on this machine, but once i get the upgrades i think i will upgrade it and put a fan on the NB
