Hai
__________________I got p3 memory 320 runing win xp sp1 and i always got frozzz after few hour can somebody tell me what should i do ( OVELCLOCK , EXTRA FAN )

I did not really understand your plea but..
Try Underclocking .. and since it's a laptop call the manufacturer..

try reinstalling windows....your os may be screwed....
if youre trying to say windows freezes and crashes?
