Default building custom i7 pc

Hi guys hows it going can u please help im down to these parts need help deciding. This will be my first custom built pc i have installed hundreds of graphics cards, ram storage drives ect but never actually built a pc top to bottom everything here is in my budget any thought would be appreciated. I will be building this pc as soon as they release the i7 core and i can get my hands on the new ram and mobos.

ASUS Rampage II Extreme Pics This board is sick but i have no idea yet

not sure yet want 1600mhz DDR3 ( under 1.65 volt) will have to wait to see what they release in a 3 pack, tripple channel O-o

Well I don't know where you could get one in Australia but this is a good drive, you could even get two for RAID 0 for less than that VelociRaptor:

You will not be able to use the ASUS Rampage II Extreme with Core i7, since the Bloomfield chips (a.k.a. Core i7 920, 940, 965EE) all use a different socket, LGA1366 instead of LGA775. You will have to wait until some LGA1366 X58 motherboards come out to make a choice.

if i were you, i would wait as long as possible to do this. i bet that in just a few weeks the price will go down a lot.

but if money is no issue, by all means go for it!

Never buy new CPUs on release... I remember coughing up 350$ for a E6300...

sry i must have been looking at the wrong 1 i thought this was a x58 chipset will get back to you in a minute with the right 1
