FIXED PRICE ON FIRST! From now on needs to be as close to $750 as possible no more than $10 or more over though.

This is good! I might go with this one, but I'm going to wait till tomorrow to pick final.

just farting around on everest, and in photoworxx only a 8 core Xeon beats my Dual core running at 4.0 and in Queen I Score 16864, that's with 6 gigs of RAM.

I don't think you need a Quad core.

Also you might want a Quadro or Firestream Vid card. even the cheapo's. I had a Quadro 1500 at my last job, and that thing handled all the solidworks or Rhino files I could throw at it on dual 22"s, all while running the CMM program.

Hope this helps ya a bit.

So what would the advantage be with a workstation card over a gaming card because it seems like the video cards have better specs for less. unless im missing something

workstation cards render faster, they game like crap, but for opening and moving large files, they own.

Better optimized for workstation/animation than it's counterpart, which is basically for graphics rendering.

You have $102.00 for a Mobo left, I don't know if you want Micro, or the best OC'er, or the most stable, so I can't pick that for ya.
