Help with school build!
In my computers and robotics class we are to find upgrades that we are to then put into a computer our instructor has.
__________________Requirements:Good for animation work, as close to $750 as possible!, fits in a XION 2 XON case(no huge vid cards), and needs cpu power not a great video card. Needs: Mobo, cpu, video card, power supply, and ram, NOTHING ELSE IS NEEDED! Also: nVidia card because my instructor likes their drivers.

4 or 8 GBs of ram, for animation.
Maybe a Quad, if you need that much power...

8 gigs of ram, and a Q6600 for sure if it is going to be used for animation.

8gigs if you can get it cheap and the program doesnt scale well so at most core 2 duo

To clarify: I dont get the money, rebates are bad(school district gets money not the class), NO OEM needs to be retail (I know
