Heck, if you're looking for someone to just give you numbers to use, go to your AI tweaker menu in the BIOS, put the AI Overclock Tuner to XMP, and change your BCLK to 160. With the voltages on Auto, the BIOS should set a good core voltage for you BUT MAKE SURE YOU CHECK IT with CPU-Z when (if) the system boots.

my board has a feature called cpu level up, the p6t should have it too I assume. Just set it to 965, and it will give you 3.2

I got my i7 OC stable at 3.8 19x200. 23idle/63load max with TRUE and stock fan... Getting my 3000rpm KRazy 120mm soon
