Yeah, I think GTA SA was the best GTA game ever. GTA 4 doesn't even look that good but is hella demanding. ^_^ 70% load on my dual core.

Upgrade your CPU into a quad- q9450 or 9550. Budget? Q6600.
Get 4 gigs of PC-8500 RAM and then overclock CPU to like >3.6Ghz with the cooler in my sig. (or just PC-6400 if you selected q6600)

replace that GPU with a gtx 260 core 216 55nm, or just a regular gtx 260.

Get a 1TB drive- it's cheap and slightly outpreforms the WD Raptors since it has multiple platters for increased speed.

Those are my recommendations. In order of priority: RAM > Graphics > CPU > HDD

If you choose not to change hard drives, raid 0 your current two for doubled speed.

For what you ask yes CPU is the bottleneck as said. For overall system I think HDD upgrade might be in order also.

I like the comment. Are you saying Crysis might not be coded very well?

Okay guys. Another 2 gigs of Random Access Memory? This means doing the 3Gb switch which I heard is buggy, that is because I'm using XP 32-bit. Don't get me started with Vista. Anyways, I can get a Q8200 for PHP9,700 which would leave me with PHP300 that I can use to get a meal at KFC, three in fact. Thanks guys!

BTW guys I also have an Inno3D 8500GT and an ATI (MSI) Radeon RX550 sitting around. Any ideas what price I can sell it at and if anybody's willing to buy them? I am 13 years old and I have never bought online nor do I have any idea how the buyer is gonna pay me and how the product is going to get delivered, that is if anybody is willing to buy.

I threw a 2x2 kit into my wife's 32bit machine and it works great.
