Default I need a tutorial for overclocking q6600 and EVGA 780i FTW

Has anyone come across a comprehensive tutorial for overclocking a Q6600 on a EVGA 780i FTW board? I just built a computer with these components and would love to have a great guide to help me through overclocking.

Your voltages are going to be very important. I would think with the Xigmatek cooler, 1.44v vcore is the highest you would want to go to keep temps manageable. Here are some decent voltages to stick with:

CPU Vcore: 1.44v
FSB Voltage: 1.4v
Ram Voltage: 2.1v
SPP (Northbridge): 1.45v
MCP (Southbridge): Auto or 1.5v

GTL: You can play with these to find stability

With that in mind, check out Robilar's 780i OCing thread:

Thanks, I'm going to be overclocking this Saturday so I'll update this thread if I run into problems which I'm 100% sure I will seeing as this is my first time. I read somewhere that some stupid overclockers put their system in a fridge to try and provide "extreme" cooling. I really hope I run into a thread where someone did that.

Jason could I IM you Saturday if I have some issues? I'd be interested to see what bios settings you ended up with. I actually have all the same components you do so your thread should be extremely helpful.
