Angry New HDD

hey guys i have just bought a 2nd HDD just for storage basically i have installed it and it shows up in the bios as 3rd sata connection which i assume is fine.

but when i get into windows and got to my computer its not there!

any ideas?

Right click "My Computer" > Manage > Under Storage, click Disk Management > then select the HD and initialize it.

Vista search "Computer Management"

From there select the drive and format it l

you can format it first then do partition if the hdd is big like for music or movies , i mean i need a hdd to i bought ram , ram cooler and other >< good luck
