Sorry, I quickly glanced at what I thought was your sig rig, but I looked at the post above mine, not yours.

Your 780i could then go into a new rig....

I'd say get a second gtx 280, I think on buy.com they're very cheap, imo this is the smartest move for your rig, also using your SLi board, and 1gtx280 + Q4ghz < 2gtx280 3ghz,

I would go for second gtx 280! BUT! on this resolution, only on 22" you won't feel ANYTHING, so I'd say, add a screen option to that pool! or if you really really like your screen, just take a soundcard and enjoy your great rig... you can run almost everything smoothly, so DON'T jump on the new i7 you have a lot to wait.

I'd say a second GTX 280 for maximum performance and a second 22" monitor for surround gaming and to take advantage of the extra graphics power.

i voted soundcard... i would have to say i LOVE my soundcard to death...
if you don't have a good soundcard you are TOTALLY missing out... playing left 4 dead with X-FI sound card makes a WORLD of difference... plus you can get a good sound card for half what i payed a year and a half ago

A sound card doesn't cost THAT much and you don't have to be a die hard audophile to be blown off your feet.

I wish so badly lol, but meh wont ever have the moolah for that. GTX280 @ 420$ was pushing my budget for a single purchase.

UD3P would be a great board but you really just need a sound card. You will notice a huge difference in games by switching to X-FI or a big difference in music by getting a good 24/96 card. Also think about a headphone amp and some cans.

The other choice would be watercooling.

I'd say soundcard or GPU (but you would need a larger monitor to take any notice).

Also have you looked into a faster drive or prehaps a Raid array wouldn't go a miss on a system that good.
