I voted for sound card. It will make the biggest difference for your rig (since you're using onboard). Failing that the second best choice would be a spanking new i7 rig.

A second GTX280 sounds like madness, a 1200watt PSU would be useless and the UD3P (hypnotized by a few CPU-Z validations are we?) wouldn't do much since I doubt you've maxed your current motherboard's OCing potential and at the best the cost outweighs the benefits.
The high end watercooling sounds ok though.

Hypnotized by validations??

UD3P IS the best quad OC board out right now & fully lives up to all the hype. Your Q9550 would be good for 3.9GHz - 4GHz, all but guaranteed with that board.

Plus you can use your Rampage 780i to start another build, so it's two birds with one stone

you wont see a big performance boost if you get a second gtx280 on the 22in monitor. now if you had a 24in+ then i would say get another gpu.

You could definetly use a good sound card if you were into the sound thing (i am not so i dont know what to link you)

I would say though save the money for now. you have a great rig that will last you a while longer

Go X-FI. They are amazing especially when coupled with some z-5500 speakers.

sli
2x280s, especially when oc is still king, better than gtx295, better than 4870x2
nothing else will make a big difference and with the mad deals on 280s (amazon has one for $300 shipped for bfg) it would be too sick to pass up

I said to save up your money, but I don't agree on spending it on an entirely new rig...

Your system is pretty top of the line, and really the only thing worth upgrading would be a sound card, though only if you have a good pair of headphones or a good set of speakers to accompany it...

either than that, save it up

When did I magically get a Rampage board?

Anywho I have Z2300 for speakers. I'm not getting 5.1 my room isn't set up and I'm not moving my **** all around. I might get a decent pair of headphones though. For late night gaming while the rents are asleep.

The FSB wall on my 780i is 462 Unstable, and my stupid ****ing multi wont change from 8 to 8.5 again! So the WC would really only give me lower temps.
