Default My PC is here!

Well it finally arrived. Im so excited I could scream like a little girl. But my parents would probably kill me, so I wont. Ill post the stats and the pics as I build it.

Heres a few pics to start you off.

The Tower 112, larger than life, literally.

It dwarfs the CPU and its stock heatsink. Even these pictures do not do justice to show the true size of it. It is absolutely massive.

My case, empty for now, soon not to be

Edit: Can a mod move this to Intel General? Wrong section :/

haha that HSF is HUGE. i hope you bought it because it's silent, and not for it's actual cooling capabilities. there are coolers that are smaller and more efficient, however, that thing won't make a sound, which would be nice,

True, but the rear exhaust fan should move enough air over it to make it decently good at cooling.

If you are looking for good cooling, you should have went with a SP-94 or a XP-90C. They not only incorporate heatpipes but are also phsycially attached to the CPU (not just heatpipes sticking out).

Does someone always have to degrade a rig that someone is obviously proud of. He wanted the tower for a reason. Dont suggest what he should have bought, the deed is done,he purchased it,no turning back now.

It is one of the best performing heatsinks out there. I got it for the the perfornmance and the fact that you can attach two fans to it. It is also pretty silent.
