Go for the WD Caviar Black 640GB - Its faster than the 500gb or 750gb versions due to its increased platter density.
And the Accelero works fine with a 120mm fan on the 4850 and can be found very cheaply.

Did you have to cut your stock heatsink for that copper part to cool the mosfets with the Accelero?

I had an accelero S1 rev 1 which is an older design. The VRM sinks I kinda fabricated my own using the 2900 VRM sink that it came with. The latest revisions of the Accelero should fit a HD4850 with no issues. I did not need to cut anything, nor would I recommend cutting. The only issue is with crossfire, but taht can be negated using a longer bridge.

Out of those options I would have to go with the OCZ Vendetta 2. A lot of users have had good success with it and I believe it is pretty comparable to coolers like the TRUE and the Noctua. Hope this helps.
