If you don't get a RAID controller... don't bother getting so many SSDs. I believe the onboard controller max bandwidth is somewhere around 600MB/s.


You probably want a x8 PCIe card which allows up to 2GB/s.

Two things..

1) That case is phenomenally quiet, but it doesn't like to be shipped normal UPS/FEDEX/DHL, so you will have to have it shipped via pallet. You can check out website for more details (or if you prefer to email me).

2) Given that you chose a quiet case, that PC POWER & COOLING power supply is mighty loud. If you are willing to sacrifice noise for quality, then hail the good name of reliable pc’s!!! Otherwise, I suggest you go with this power supply. No skimp in quality, just much quieter (due to the 120mm fan):

Don't get 2 gtx 295s
all games only support up to 3 GPUs to this date- most are at only just 2 even.
so your second gtx 295 would be a waste

go 3x gtx 285.
