Default Updated BIOS, and have also forgotten previous over clock

As the subject sates, I updated my BIOS and i forgot to write down my settings and now im having some overclock issues since i dont remember what some things were set at. Im Using an Asus P5b, the one that doesnt let you set NB voltage. I remeber my FBS was set to 401 with 8 multiplier giving me a 3.2Ghz overclock. Does anyone have any recomendations on what i should set the CPU voltage at? I also have my memory that was overclocked at 802Mhz but i cant remember the timing for them, so if anyone has any suggestions on that as well it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for all your help.

I'll start with something easy for me: based on your system specs, your timings were at 5-5-13.

As for the CPU voltage, it can depend: but, it's my guess that 1.35-1.40V may be needed.

I think that's as much as I can do for now.

It's a pleasure to help! I just hope that you can get the overclock back that you once had.

Oh, awesome! A 1.07 GHz overclock is pretty nice!
