or well it only oc by a little bit because that's all my friend wants if it allows to oc but just a little or it is completely blocked. If it is blocked is there a hack to hack the bios??

IIRC only the ***trail boards can overclock. like the Skulltrail & bonetrail

If it is going to be used as a server, you NEVER want to overclock it. Stability is far more important than a few more mhz.
