Yes, slower flamerates indeed. Don't you just love playing at 15 FPS. ![]() ![]() Quote:

I don't understand all the GTX 275 hate as of lately.
I agree with OpenYourEyes on using Crysis as a benchmark, because that's the game that you'll actually need frames in! I don't care whether I get 150 or 190 FPS in CoD4, but I do care if I get 25 or 30 FPS in Crysis. I's the most graphics intensive game out there right now, so it seems logical to use it. And no, I don't care about synthetics, I just want to know how well a card does in games. That being said, either card will be great. Personally, I'd recommend the GTX 275, as it came out as the best card for me after some extensive research, and I fold as well. The HD4890 is a very good card, too. EDIT: For the people mad about Nvidia users saying Physx is an advantage, maybe you should quit touting DX 10.1 as an advantage. Five games total support it.

I would go for the 4890. Even if it dosent have PhysX the 4890 right now is at a great price and OC it and it will be better than the GTX 275. And Crysis will alwayes be better with Nvidia because that game is made for nividia cards so it will alwayes have 2-4 FPS on you. But like I said, id go for the 4890.

as if a quarter of that list did support physx in the end.
i've 2 games in that list that has physx support but i don't see any difference at all. and the other one, i couldn't even find the physx enable in the game. mirror's edge would be a real benefit with physx though since it really shows them well. havoc will be released soon anyway. ![]() only used dx10.1 to neutralize it coz of that physx feature every nvidiot is so crazed about. and at least dx11 games will still have the benefit of dx10.1.

It's enabled automatically if the game detects a PhysX card (AGEIA or NVIDIA).
