This is your potential fanbase you are alienating. But according to this "Mike F" that is not important, as overclock.net is "just a forum". That is true, albeit a forum with 96,000 members - a great deal of them potential customers.

Even IF the customer was in the wrong, the apparent complete lack of professionalism displayed by the customer service rep has definitely put me off buying EVGA again, and I'm sure there are others in a similar mindframe.

I'm glad I'm going with an XFX board, but I'll still be sure to make proper pictures of all the hardware I buy, just in case anything similar to this may happen with other companies!

BFG is the new old eVGA, BFG now offers stepup and i have always had decent RMA process with them, if and when my eVGA products die i will not be getting anymore.
