SAME THING HAPPEND TO ME.

Email MikeF@evga.com, and state you demand that the board get replaced since it WAS NOT DAMAGED when you shipped it, and demand that you will post information about this on online forums and about the shady business EVGA is doing to it's customers.

Tell MikeF that you will no longer be a customer of EVGA.

He will then reply telling you he will give the go ahead.

Same thing happened to me.

State those things and you'll get it taken care of.

halifax, but it was. When I received the board from EVGA it was damaged. Which is why I RMA'ed it, because I couldn't get my quad core to work. Now they are putting my RMA on hold because of that reason and blaming me for the damage.

Email MikeF again, and tell him exactly that, stating you received it and IT was damaged, and state you will no longer do business with this pathetic company.

He'll most likely pass it on and get it fixed.

I will say that in my next response. I mean, this being the fourth RMA, I really will not do business again with them. I am tired of this.
