I would go to EVGA and go down and select the agent that is seriously a Nazi when it comes to RMA's and rate him/her down on Customer Satisfaction. Maybe if we could get enough people to do this we could possibly have something done about this.
EDIT: Maybe you should have gone with "EVGA Advanced RMA"

WTH is going on with them? Seems like the techs who unpack the RMAs randomly decide to screw people over by bending the pins. How are the pins going to be damaged in shipping if the socket cover is on, and the board is in a box? Its just not happening. Those pics are clear enough to show the socket isn't damaged anyway.

The board was damaged when I received it and now they are placing the blame on me for the bent pins jason. The board was not properly inspected when it was shipped to me, when I booted it, the board would not boot any OS installation or use 2 of the 4 RAM slots. The board was defective when it arrived.
