Ahhh.. I guess you like talking out of you ass. EVGA does not ever delete posts for bashing them. EVGA policy has always been open. The only time posts are deleted are due to ToS violations (pirating, porn, trolling).

If you go check, another customer had issues with a RMA as well. He even spoken with the CEO of EVGA. The rant went on for pages and Joe Darwin told mods not to close it so people could vent.

I've also seen them closed because of members getting all riled up and posting a bunch of bullcrap against the person who was having problems.

I do remember the thread you speak of, but there have been others, and I know a couple have been closed. Maybe it was because of language, idk, it's been awhile.

Thread have been closed when they get out of hand and ppl can't behave. However, they are not deleted. Mods get reprimanded for deleting posts that don't involve porn or piracy.

That must have been what happened then. I don't even remember what the guy's problem was. I just remember the thread blowing up into a flame fest for some reason, it ended up getting closed, and I never saw it again so I figured it got deleted.

You can't go beyond four pages of thread on EVGA's section, that is probably why you thought that. Anyways, this is what I am going to do:

E-mail jacob, hope he responds to my thread/e-mail.
If he does and talks to them about it, we will go from there.
If he does not respond, I will ask for them to file a claim with UPS (because I used their packing slip), and have them go through with that.
If they don't want to do that, I will pay them (and then have my bank dispute the charge) and e-mail them this thread.

Then, damn EVGA to hell.
