Thanks, i looked at quads but that comes to around £300 as it is which is around $600. I need to keep the price down a little. What should i save on? case? proccessor? or MOBO?

in all honesty if you want to do it on a small budget i would go over to amd as they are cheap but good performance

Flamed ha ha. I haven't really looked at AMD but i don't see why not. If i can get the same or better performance for cheaper then it's worth it surely? I'll let the pros decide if you're right. lol. I can't speak from experience.

Update:- I was going to buy all the components i could afford in one go because i'm like a child, i want it all now. lol. But after considering that this meant i had cut back on the quality of components i would get... i decided to just get the case and the proccessor today. I'll buy these when i get home from work. Ok so i won't be able to build it tonight and won't be able to play it any time soon but the end result may be better? I bought these components with OC'ing potential in mind and also budget in mind. As always any input good or bad will be helpfull. Cheers guys n gals.

Case:- http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showpr...odid=CA-176-CM

PRO:- http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showpr...odid=CP-192-IN

Oh, on a side note this comes to £231.92 including shipping. Pics will follow.

Another note. The reason i bought these components first is because i'm a noob. I reckon i can fit the proccessor in this case without the MOBO lol. But the info i need from you lot...is What MOBO would you suggest i get that would fit in this case and would support this Proccessor? As i said i'm a proper noob at this stuff but i'm willing to listen and learn. I have no idea of sizes/Compatibility of components so i didn't want to buy a MOBO and find it won't fit/support the PRO. I would also like a MIN of 2x PCIE slots as dual GPU'S may be an option. Cheers again.

for a mobo i would get this if you plan on ati(crossfire):
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showpr...=5&subcat=1155
or this if you plan on nvidia(sli):
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showpr...=5&subcat=1057
personally i would go with the 750i ftw as its a great board and i love nvidia cards. but ati also has its own great set of offerings. all depends on what you prefer. both are solid options.

they both seem like good boards. I never looked at the n-force boards as i thought they were inferior to say a P45 or X48. Whats the difference between these anyway? i am willing to spend £100 on a MOBO. Maybe slightly more if it's worth it. But at the same time... if i can get a really good board for less than this then why not. I'm an Intel NVIDIA kinda guy. not because i don't like ATI etc i'm just used to these brands and trust them. I could be turned with enough proof to show me otherwise. I've decided to look around Inverness to see if there are any COMP Shops selling my Case and PRO cheaper. It will save on shipping cost's. If anybody knows of any....tell me. lol. If i don't see any i'll order the case n pro tommorrow. Thank you all for you're input and patience dealing with a noob.
