quad cores are NOT bad for gaming, just some games (mainly older ones) dont use the extra cores, so it wont perform better than a dual core in some games and my oc slightly worse. by no means are they bad (i max every game out, i even play crysis on very high). And they are better suited for current/future gamse, and only SLIGHTLY worse for older games as their max OC isnt has high all of the time (sometimes it is though). QUAD CORE FTW!!!!!!!!!!!!!

and does anybody know if that corsair PSU has lights on it? lol I like lights for some reason. Also I hear DX11 cards are coming in a few months so I was wondering how long the evga step up program lasts for? And does any other company have a step up program and if so how long?

if you don't plan on going SLI later you don't need those 750 Watts. 550 should easily do
