First, you have your rig in your signature twice. It's entered once in the Signature, and again in the System. Oh, and you have "1.75" typed instead of "1.275" for the voltage. Change it quickly before people start saying stupid things because they can't figure out that it's a typo. I mean, it's obvious to me that it's a typo, but others will have a panic attack and type something in all caps like "whoa that's way too much voltage!"

Anyway, I think it is the motherboard. As I said before, not only does it have onboard video, but it has the lowly 630i chipset. You have this really nice E8400 in this cheap motherboard that's really not the best motherboard for overclocking.

So as I've said before: I think the motherboard is the weakest link in your sig rig, and it should be replaced with something that is known for its overclocking abilities, such as the UD3P or something. I mean, like I've said before, the rest of your rig is really nice. So, please replace that motherboard.

It would be more than a 100 times easier if you had a "legit" copy of Windows. By that, I mean you need to go out and buy one so that there is no difficulty with it. But, if you get an OEM version, install it on the new motherboard first. OEM's cost less because they're technically "married" to the motherboard they're first installed and activated on.

But, you don't necessarily have to get the UD3P. I mean, as long as you get a motherboard that is known for its overclocking abilities, then you should be golden. However, I've been hearing nothing but exceptionally awesome things about the UD3P, and that's why it was the first one that came to my mind.

Just download Win7 and preorder it for $50... I have had no problems with the RC and the only reason it gave me the BSOD was due to my beta video drivers.
