The added cost of the mobo for $160 extra makes no sense at all. I would take that and add another hundred or so, and grab up a Gigabyte.

Here is a link to the bundles they have atm.

Heck yeah man. And to think, I paid $275 for my 955 BE on CompUSA's website. Never order from there. They charge tax. I had to though, the money was on a giftcard for compusa.

Do the CPU deal, as the DX58SO isn't a very good board [Only 4 ram slots?, WTH?]

The Retail Edge Program is for employees that are verified through the program that work for SOME retail chains. All the info can be found at the Intel Retail Edge website here:
http://retailedge.intel.com/

You are not automatically eligable for the "big deal" until you have verified employment. You need to fill out a form, and fax it in with your pay stub, and do a few of the courses offered, and you can grab one of these killer deals up. They come around once a year, sometimes twice. And its a huge deal usually. Where can you go wrong, for $129.00 US +shipping and duty (if you live in Canada like myself). For a D0 i7 920 CPU, Vista Ultimate x64, and a free voucher for Win 7 Ultimate x64. The other deal is $289.00 US for all listed above and an Intel X58 Smackover mobo. That is the BEST deal around if you ask me. The one down side is you can only buy 1. And you can not sell any items, since you are getting "insider pricing" if you are caught selling the items, you are automatically kicked from the program with no chance of return.
